Your statutory consumer rights remain fully protected. In addition, Construction Onsite Support Limited provides the following additional guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations:
You have the right to cancel any service you have booked with us. To request a cancellation, please contact us by phone at 020 3983 7691 or by email at info@constructiononsitesupport.co.uk. Once we receive your request, we will ask you to confirm it in writing via email before processing your refund. This confirmation ensures that you are cancelling your order with Construction Onsite Support Limited and that all matters are settled in full.
Please note that all payments include an administration fee. As a third-party booking service, this fee covers the time, coordination, and support required to manage your booking from start to finish.
The person taking the test (the “Candidate”) is responsible for attending at the correct place, date, and time. Construction Onsite Support Limited cannot be held responsible if a candidate arrives late, forgets valid ID, fails the test, books the wrong type of test, or makes any other mistake that affects their test appointment.
To reschedule a test booked through us, please email info@constructiononsitesupport.co.uk or call 020 3983 7691. Provide your First Name, Surname, Order ID, and Invoice Number at least 72 hours before your scheduled test time.
If less than 72 hours’ notice is given before your test, the full test fee (including any booking or administration fees) will be charged.
Our CSCS card application assistance service is generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, management may approve a discretionary refund.
If you cancel more than 25 days before the course date, you will be entitled to a refund minus a £25.00 administration and cancellation fee. This fee covers communication and processing costs with the training provider.
Changing the course location may incur additional fees, which must be paid before we can confirm the change.
If you wish to reschedule your course, you must provide at least 25 days’ notice. Failure to attend a booked course will result in the full course fee being forfeited.
Construction Onsite Support Limited is not responsible if you are unable to attend due to circumstances such as poor weather, transport problems, or other personal reasons beyond our control.
Items will be dispatched the same or next working day after we receive cleared payment, to the address provided on your order form. Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, which typically delivers within 3 working days. We are not responsible for incorrect product selections or inaccurate delivery addresses supplied by the customer.
You can return any book or DVD purchased from our website for a full refund, provided it is returned within 7 working days of receiving your order.
