You must respond to our emails, complete your course or test, and provide all required documents within 5 months. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your service.

No statements or promises outside of these terms will be binding. If a court declares any part of these terms invalid, the remaining clauses will still apply in full. Choosing not to enforce a particular clause does not mean we waive the right to do so later.
You must reply to our emails, complete any required training or tests, and submit all necessary documents within five months, or your service will be removed from our system.
By agreeing to these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
Any information you send to us online will be treated as non-confidential. By providing us with your personal details, you grant permission for their use in line with applicable laws.
You must not send or post anything illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate that could lead to unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to monitor communications such as letters, emails, phone calls, or any other messages for security, quality control, or operational reasons.

Bookings are subject to availability.
We aim to send you a confirmation email and SMS within 48 working hours of receiving your booking. You will also get a text directly from CITB confirming your test date and time. If you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please contact us at info@constructiononsitesupport.co.uk.
Once your booking is placed, you will receive an email confirmation which acts as proof of payment and acceptance of these terms. All bookings remain valid for 120 days. Please send us the necessary documents within this period to avoid cancellation.
You can request a waiver form from our Customer Service team by calling our main number. It is your responsibility to obtain, complete, and return this form correctly.
The form must be signed by your sponsor, clearly stating their details, and include your recent photograph. Both you and your sponsor must sign it.
Please read the form carefully, fill it out accurately, and take it with you to the test centre. The form is valid for one test only.
When you book a test with us, you understand that your payment covers the arrangement of your test and does not guarantee your preferred date. All bookings depend on availability. The total fee includes the £22.5 CITB test charge plus our service fee. The details you provide during booking will be used to arrange your test, and we are not responsible for mistakes you make when entering information. If we make an error using the exact details you provided, we will correct it at no extra charge.
Our team reviews each booking for accuracy. If more information is needed, or if we believe you may have chosen the wrong test or centre, we will contact you before confirming your booking. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error. It is your responsibility to attend the test at the correct date, time, and with valid ID. We cannot be held liable for missed tests.
Your payment includes both the CITB test fee and our administration costs. As a booking agent, our charges cover the service and assistance we provide.
When applying for a CSCS Card through our platform, you acknowledge that we act as an independent third-party application service, assisting with form completion, document checks, and submission to the official CSCS system.The total amount payable includes the official CSCS card fee of £36, as set by the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, along with the administrative handling costs required for application management and customer support.
Applicants must ensure that all information and documentation provided are accurate and valid. We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or false details supplied during the application process.If an application error occurs due to incorrect processing on our part using the information you originally submitted, we will correct it at no extra charge. However, errors resulting from inaccurate user input, missing qualifications, or eligibility issues are the applicant’s responsibility.
We process applications based on the information supplied and aim to ensure they are completed in accordance with the current CSCS scheme requirements. Delivery times and processing outcomes are subject to official verification and approval.
Your booking will only be confirmed once we send you a confirmation email. Before confirmation, changes can be made. Course details are usually sent 10 days before the scheduled date. Please bring valid ID and your NI number to the course. For online courses, you may complete them at your own pace once you have been given access.
